Booking of the accommodation

We have changed the booking of accommodation this year, everyone can / should book their own reservation. It should be noted that you can share Bungalows, if you want.
For example a bungalow can also be proved only for two.
It can't be booked a special bungalow, the division is made later by us.
The bungalows cost (not matter which one: 4er, 6er, 8er) for 2-3 persons 50 euros per night.
A fully occupied bungalow, with 6-8 people will certainly charge a slightly higher price: this is in the discretion of the owner. Each bungalow has a flat rate of 20 euros extra, for cleaning.
Thus, the bungalow will cost 120 euros for the weekend for 2-3 people.

It should be made following information:
Password: Thai Ridgeback (because the facility is fully booked for us tentative)
Arrival and departure date (typically: Fri 27th - Sun 29.08.10)
Number of adults:
Number of Children:
Number of dogs:
Food: Yes or No

These conditions are valid until Easter (including). Even until then, the resort is booked exclusively for us Thai people for the last weekend of August.
Remember: if you register later, there is the risk to get no accomodation.
The owner must of course have the opportunity to continue planning, while it is finally summer vacation.

The travel and living in camper vans and caravans is available free of charge without a "dock" to electricity or water. Otherwise, a really small flat rate payment will be due probably 1 € per day. The food is completely handled by the system (of course, also possible for the caravan traveller at the same price), namely as follows. It is offered: Food as a complete board from Friday dinner through Sunday breakfast for 34 euros per person for the entire period, children 15 euros.

This includes the following:

Friday evening: Buffet
Saturday Breakfast: Buffet
Saturday lunch: snacks (pizza or sandwiches, will be chosen by the facility)
Saturday Dinner: Barbecue / BBQ meat with salad, bread and whatever else it takes
Sunday: Breakfast: Buffet

The drinks, of course, take extra. Coffee and tea with breakfast included.
Those who book just one night get the food for the prorated price for the day.
Either display the full board or nothing, because otherwise we lose the overview.
The cost for the dinner are included with the bill at Bungalow booking and so paid.

The resort requires a deposit for each booking of 20%. Who is not there, must pay in full. We ask for your attention. However, this is explained at invoice transmittal.
